Front counter girl was very rude and unpleasant never smiled once she acted like i was bothering her as we were going thru the paperwork. Not a pleasant experience at all

JERRY TOur truck was not available when we arrived for our appointment. We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone and or chat with us because no one from U-Haul was available. Then we had to drive to another location and they opened 10 minutes late. It was not a good experience at all.
Brandi BWhen I returned the truck the app gave me so much trouble I was unable to take 2 of the 6+ photos needed for after hours drop off. After two photos the app crashed and then never even showed I rented a truck so hopefully everything works out as it should.
