Best customer service in the lower valley.
RUBEN SHe didn’t have a lock box for the keys so he put them under a cone in the parking lot. Then when I got there to pick it up his location wasn’t set up for Mobile pick up and I had to call customer service and they said he shouldn’t have done that with the keys. Then said I had to come back 3 hours later or just take the car and call later to check in. It was rediculous.

Dario PMy original drop off location was Moscow ID, where I had a 10x20 storage unit reserved through the uhaul app. I was informed by the team at that location that reservation means first come first serve. Why was I able to get a reservation if reservations don't exist? They were not able to get me a suitable storage substitute and the experience was very frustrating and wasted a lot of my time. Uhaul needs to fix this... In no other industry does reservation mean first come first serve. Penske next time!
