I’ve used U Haul before and in the last 2 yrs have always had issues with U Haul cancelling my reservation. This gentleman made my booking, pickup, return a piece of cake and a total pleasure! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a U Haul rental.

Very helpful personnel, but we were relocated to this location after the in-city location filled up. A more prompt and apparent notice of this relocation would have been helpful.
Yubo SShortly into our journey I noticed the front tire was EXTREMELY worn with tread totally gone on one side of the tire. It would never pass a safety and was definitely not safe. Also had filled out reservation online but went back to check it and I didn't exist. Had to call 800 number and all was rectified by pleasant girl on the other end. Very stressful last minute experience. Location experience was pleasant and straightforward. I would recommend you check the equipment carefully before leaving.
RONALD HA little hard to find this temporary shack location. But there are so many U-Haul trucks parked around that I knew I was in the right place. 😊
