I had a horrendous expeirence at 87 ETHEL AVE. I spent two hours from 8:30 pm-10:30 pm, at the location, on Thursday, October 31st, and ended up not getting the Uhaul truck. It was supposed to be a mobile pick up but the 24/7 agent refused to give me the login details. It seem like, for whatever reason, he didn't trust me, even though, I am a previous Uhaul customer and had given him my license information including a selfie. This was very very disappointing and frustrating, since I was outside the entire time in the rain!!!!
