My time slot was for 830am when I arrived to the destination my truck was blocked in from multiple other trucks. I called the location and was told I had to wait until staff arrived on site which was 10:30am.

The team was helpful and quick to check-in. They found and returned items left in the vehicle. The location needs to report the mileage or advise what I must do for quick check-in and do a proper checkout. I received numerous calls though I returned the vehicle on time. The mobile checkout showed 877 kms but I travelled only 28 kms. I returned the keys but I was accused of not returning the vehicle. The people were nice and helpful. I believe it is best to use mobile check-in to ensure a smoother process without liability.
SHELDON LMake sure that the interior of the truck is clean. Mine had minor things left from other people such as a plank of wood and an empty protein milk box. Also, I didn’t feel confident in the rules of the rental.
Jarah CI'm very disappointed with my experience at this lot. None of the equipment I had set aside for my reservation was there. I was forced to use a larger vehicle, and the location had no appliance dollies, which I needed for my move. I was unable to move the items I needed into my new home and had to make other arrangements. This threw off my whole moving day. The person working at the location told me, "It's not my problem," when I told him that the appliance dolly was crucial to my move. I don't understand how I can make a reservation weeks in advance and show up at 10 a.m. with none of my reserved items there for me. The person working there was rude and kept telling me to contact customer service. The truck also had garbage in it. This was honestly ridiculous. U-Haul is a reputable company, and frankly I was expecting much more from this. I will not be using U-Haul again and will make other arrangements because if I can't even guarantee they will honour my reservation, what is the point? I will also be phoning customer service to talk about this.
JOHN DThere were no dollies available. The store didn’t allow for online pick up. Location is extremely dirty.
