No problems at all. The store owners were very polite and helpful. Will certainly rent from here regularly.
Anthony AThe entire process of unlocking the truck is cumbersome. Would prefer to speak to somebody directly. I didn't realize this was part of the process until I arrive. The site where the trucks are located is dirty and smelly. Difficult to maneuver the truck for somebody who isn't as experienced. Lots of garbage around. The truck smelled like urine in the cargo area. The truck also had several warning lights indicating something was wrong with the traction control. There was almost no fuel in the vehicle when I picked it up Most experiences I've had with U-Haul have been hassle free. This felt lazy and uninspired.
KEVIN MI didn’t know that it is a self help location.
Antonius SI ordered a big size of truck with ramp but recieved small size and there was no ramp.I paid for dolly but there was no dolly.Fuel was empty but i got 69$ fuel charge.I am not agree what i paid for.
