I booked cargo van but received van which was not requested. Even through there was 3 cargo van standing he pitched me van. Due to that my price went high unnecessarily.

DOUGLAS CExperience was okay overall, a few areas for improvement: - no staff was there when I showed up for my reservation at 10:30; he didn't arrive until about 10:45 - the 2nd staff member I interacted with when I returned the vehicle lost the key and called me thinking I might have. Not a big deal, but just seemed a little disorganized
