Tires low pressure, displaying a message impeding to check the actual mileage. Breaks not in the best condition. In the app, gas level shows 3/4, it was actually half tank. I brought this up to the staff attention before starting my trip. Steering system felt loose.

Paul CI had reserved a 10ft truck and I reached there to only get a 9ft van. Which was a difference. Instead of receiving the $50 that I was guaranteed to if they don’t have vehicle (as mentioned in your website while booking) I was only told to not fill the gas as it was a cheaper way out for the company. It’s a unfair option for any customer.
