U-Haul App needs to be improved. it takes a lot of time to book and sends you to a different location than the one you booked. I had picked this location. Word of advise, always call ahead the location you booked first otherwise you will be sent to Tumbaktu.

When we arrived at our assigned time 08:00 we performed the self-checkout process on our smartphone. After putting thru our payment, we were given the code for the lock box which contains all of the keys. When we opened the lockbox which had clearly been tampered with, all of the keys were missing. Later in the day, we were told by the employee there that all the keys and two trucks were missing! Also, you charrged us for the rental. That has not been addressed even though the employee at Empire Car Rental said it would be reversed. Please call me at 647-648-7717

The only problem was I first reserved the 10' truck at 207 Weston location at 10am a week ago and everything was confirmed. When I went there to pick up, I got told that no more truck available. Everything was out of my plan, I had to delay the moving till 3pm when they referred me to go pick up at other location. I didn't see the point to do reservation ahead of time if there wasn't any guaranteed, even though I didn't get inform until I was there to pick up in time. I had to pay extra cost for rescheduling the helper unexpectedly. But overall, the staff at Mulock Ave location, she was very nice and kind and very helpful.

Staff at this location are brilliant.. U-haul website and online booking absolutely terrible and user unfriendly, even the dealer had trouble with it. I did everything over the phone and in person to ensure we got it right.

Make it very clear which vehicles require a credit card and which ones don't. Otherwise just charge using plastic which seems not very realistic for just certain trucks. Make it all uniform not to favor only vans and pick up trucks using only credit cards.

I was redirected to this location which opens at 9am from the "preferred" location provided in the equipment booking. My pickup requirement was 8:30am !! It was past 9:30 before I exited the premises with the trailer. It's clear that the UHaul online system does not satisfy requirement properly. Don't bother using the online system. Contact individual UHaul sites directly.

My uhaul pick up location was changed less than 3 hours before my pick up time, I did not receive any emails or notifications. Getting to and from this new location cost me almost $40 in cab fare and probably an additional $20 in Uhaul mileage charges and fuel. Disaster.

The staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating under difficult circumstances, which included: not enough computers (total of 1); extremely slow server (that the staff need to use to process customers--it took about 15-20 minutes per customer, and they resorted to analog (writing the info down on paper) a few times); and about 6-7 customers waiting to get their vehicles at 9am on a Saturday morning. The long wait time was not the staff's fault, but I would not go to this location again, and I would be very wary of using uHaul ever again, based on this experience.

The location itself is well situated and convenient - 5 stars on that. The lot, on the other hand, was a dump. Literally. There are piles of busted cars, trash, animals, and debris. It is the worst-kept business lot I've ever seen.

There were two people at this location, a woman and a man. The woman was very professional, quick and efficient. The man was obnoxious and useless. From as soon as I opened the door he shouted at me not to "waste the A/C", then he got on a call with a friend and was shouting over the phone which made it so difficult to do the paperwork the woman had to ask him to be quiet. This is only the second time I have ever complained to a company so please don't ignore this feedback as a grumpy customer, this guy is especially bad.
