Good service, short waiting time and you can leave your car in the parking lot until you return the rental car. Excellent.
MANUEL DDrop off was after hours so there were no staff there. Unable to comment on the latter two questions above.

ROSSEL AThe U-Haul changed the drop-off location, which was too far from my moving address, while there was many U-Haul locations nearby. Dissatisfied about this last-minute change. I could have gone there during the night because there was a busy point with a lot of traffic on the day.
