JEFFREY VI gave these ratings because I got a call from them that I had to change the drop off location because they didn't have enough room for my truck, and the staff gave me a new location that was 45 min away... too far for me. When I called back the staff (different person) was helpful but said he could not change it back and I had to call the central customer service; which I did and they were very helpful and gave me another drop off location that was right in my neighborhood. So it all worked out, but there was a slight blip.
ANNE SHad a hard time finding a suitable parking spot when returning, it seemed like a free for all. Maybe noted parking spots would be helpful! Other than that, perfect
