The U-Box system itself is efficient and cost-effective. However, there was a breakdown in last-mile coordination. I had requested a dolly both in person and in advance, but it was not included, and there was no follow-up or confirmation. This created avoidable friction during an already time-sensitive move. Improving internal communication and request tracking would significantly enhance the customer experience.

ROGELIO BHorrible experience … My bed and my personal belongings got wet.. I tried calling customer service to inform about the leakage and he told this was a mistake from their Managment side, he already influenced about the roof leakage and nobody took attention to rectify. They said Area manager will call me but nobody called and this was my worst experience using U-Haul and will never use or recommend to anyone
