the uhaul location was great , but my experience with customer service i talked to for a reservation was horrible, i make a reservation and never got back to me i had to call around and locate myself a car trailer

Uhaul needs to adapt a no smoking clause with their rentals like all the car rental places do. I rented a van with only 17000 miles on it and it smelled like a old dirty bar.

Bo absolutely knocked this experience out of the park for me. I ended up without a truck on the day of my move and he was extremely helpful with suggestions and quickly turned my day around. He was very professional and positive both during pickup and drop off and I would highly recommend this location over others in the area because of Bo's attitude and helpfulness. I have rented a moving truck from a different location prior to this, I was not offered the choice to return the rental to where I was relocating which is ultimately why I had to keep the unit an additional day. I feel that the customer service needs to be reviewed at this location and there should be options for customers. Ultimately I feel like I was just ripped off. Will not rent again.
