Simply because your website "uhaul.com/share" was inoperable and could not verify my location, (and yes I did have cell phone coverage and my location was turned on) I was charged a $20.00 “convenience fee"? Your uhaul representative told me that it may not work, (the website) in which case just to leave the contract so she could update it in the morning. She DID NOT tell me about my being charged a $20.00 fee for this "convenience", a "convenience" that came due to your faulty website!

The truck was in such poor condition that had I not had years of experience, it would have been unsafe to operate. Had I not been committed to a load and unload time I would have turned around about 30miles out. I left a letter of explanation with the rental place ( Sent your Headquarters). I expected a discount but was told it had to be through you. They told me the unit would be removed from service until repairs were done. I trust this is the case. Thank you for your, looking forward to a response.

Not being able to adjust your mirrors is definitely a safety hazard. You can tilt them up and down but not in or out due to them being torked down do tightly with an Allen screw. If an accident would accure due to lack of visibility from not being able to adjust the mirrors you would be liable even if the renter didn't apply for the insurance. Just an observation.

I tried to follow the emailed request to complete on-line check-in and as very frustrated with it. It was asking me to upload a photo and would never complete the process. When I wanted to go back one page, it would make me start all over. Your IT department needs to make your site more friendly.

Get the online stuff working properly. I did my order online and had it set for mobile pickup. Got to the truck and went through the steps to pick it up, then it prompts me to take a picture of myself....pushed the take picture button several times, went in to the camera on my phone, tried everything multiple times and had no luck. Had to go into the store and take care of the process because I couldn't get past the take the picture screen. Had the same issues when returning the truck and was prompted to take a picture of the dashboard showing mileage, that didn't work either. Very frustrating! If you are going to offer services on mobile devices/internet...it'd be great if it worked. Pissed because I got charged an extra $20 despite returning the truck and hour early, couldn't go inside to check out because the hardware store was closed and couldn't get past the take the picture of the dashboard on my phone part....so got charged the extra $20 because the hardware store had to do it manually the following morning. Great service at Ace Hardware, they were very helpful but that mobile pickup/drop off sucks.

My reservation was changed by staff here after I made it online. Be careful. People make mistakes. Check and recheck dates, times, size of vehicle, etc. My plans had be changed.
