The staff was very helpful and attentive. The equipment was better than I had expected. Everything went very well. I returned it after hours and was not expecting to have to use the online app to take pictures, answer questions, on and on. It was cold and snowing and I finally gave up when asked to take pictures of the exterior and interior. Good heavens!
LOUIS PChris was great and made the difference. The facility is old an the trailer is old, but customer service was great.
JEFFREY MThe truck was clean but the cab reeked of cigarettes and pot. We let the manager know and they had done their best to eradicate the problem and will pursue some other ways to get rid of offensive odors like that.
