The headlight(s) didn't really work. Noy sure if there were even two lights because it seemed like only one functional light in the end. Need to get that fixed as it is highly unsafe to drive at night. No working interior light. Hard to see things in the truck.

The location is older building but clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long to make the drop off. Very happy.

Reserved a van. When I got there, I was told I had reserved a pick-up, but they didn't have one anyway. I needed to go to a different site. They said I had been called, but didn't answer. Wrong! I ended up getting a small box truck, because I needed one then. Very dissapointing.

I had to wait for over 30 minutes because they had 1 person working the counter. I was not given proper information when I made my reservation so the quote I was given was not correct when I went to check in. They need to make sure that their phone agents are documenting the quotes that they are giving customers and they are correct and they are putting them in the notes with the reservation. Because the information did not have the notes I had to drive back and forth and caused more of an inconveince when trying to make moving a more difficult experience than what it has to be.

I ordered my UHaul truck via mobile so that I wouldn't have to deal with staff and could pick the truck up at my appointed time. A uhaul rep had called me to confirm the reservation, but when I showed up to pick up my truck at the appointed time, would you look at that, I COULDN'T!! Let me tell you why, I opened the app so that I could access my truck through mobile, but THE TRUCK WASN'T CHECKED IN!!!! Mind you, I was called by Uhaul to tell me that it was! Despite making plans to pick up the truck and arriving at the appointed time, the app read "Your truck has not been checked in. Please go into the store to speak with an employee." Ok, interesting. I would do that, but NO ONE WAS AT THE STORE!!!!!!! THE STORE SHOULD HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR AN HOUR ALREADY, I ARRIVED AT 10 AM EVEN THOUGH THE TIME SHOULDN'T HAVE MATTERED SINCE I DID MOBILE PICKUP, BUT NOW I HAD TO WAIT OUTSIDE AFTER MY RIDE DROPPED ME OFF IN THE BITTER COLD FOR AN HOUR BEFORE TWO EMPLOYEES SHOWED UP!! After speaking on the phone with random Uhaul reps, one of them said that the VP for the area was on the way! Huh. He never showed up. I was told I could go to another location that was open (crazy idea to be open during store hours), but you see, I couldn't. Because I was dropped off. Because I expected my truck to be ready. Since Uhaul had called telling me that it would be. The worst part of this whole experience was how the employees that showed up acted. I was given no apology for both the truck not being checked in nor their tardiness in opening the shop. The employees, specifically the single guy who was "to blame", showed up smirking at me, brushed shoulders with me to walk past, and had zero urgency until I explained that my truck wasn't checked in. He showed no respect and gave zero apology. He explained that he and the other employee didn't have communication about who would be "showing up" that morning. I was told on the phone that I would be reimbursed for my waiting in the cold and for the whole "mix up", which was not my fault whatsoever, and that I could discuss with the VP from Claremore, Oklahoma for a higher reimbursement, but wouldn't you know, he didn't show up on time either. I was hoping he would, especially after the treatment from the employees. I was given no follow up, nor explanation for why the truck wasn't checked in for me to use. I will never use Uhaul again, and I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone. Moreover, any time I can, I will dissuade anyone from using Uhaul ever. This was a terrible experience.

A older guy tried to turn down my business because they close at 7. It was 650 and I called and made a reservation. He kept repeating we close at 7..... sir it's not seven he it isn't huh. Another guy helped me and got me in an out.

i was charged twice for a vehicle applicance dollie , utility dollie. i made reservations for 3pm bring vehicle back at 3pm. The guy was helping another customet with propane. He didnt get done until 3:12pm

The cargo door on my 4X8 trailer was bowed out at the bottom enough to allow road grit and moisture to get sucked inside. When I picked up the trailer I was informed that 1) a cell phone that would ring at the counter was required, and 2) another contact number that would answer was required, or the rental would not be completed. I had not been informed of any of this when I made my reservation. U-Haul was in business before cell phones existed, and not everyone has a cell phone, so these are things that should be made clear at time of reservation.

Don't talk and be so nasty and rude, you know word of mouth goes so far. I didn't break the mirror on purpose, it already cost me 295.00, I didn't need to get treated so mean. A truck hit the mirror and kept driving, I was treated by the manager and employee's there as if I done it personally and on purpose.
