Service was very good, professional and quick. Vehicle was clean but the engine was very rough. I could have gone bronco busting and had a smoother ride. I have driven other similar vehicles so this was not my first experience. Vehicle requires maintenance.

Check in took a long time - the person doing it struggled to navigate your website and get cell service to scan my drivers license with his phone which added at least 10 minutes onto my wait. UHaul changed my pickup location without expressly telling me (buried in a text about check in, not a text with the headline "WE CHANGED YOUR RESERVATION PICKUP LOCATION") to a place 30 minutes away - in the opposite direction we were going. That is the worst when you have a full day scheduled and you unexpectedly get faced with an extra hour delay.
