DIEUMERCI NThe staff was so nice and explained all the ins-and-outs of everything well
Timothy HPicking up the truck took 30 minutes and then the truck had stuff in the back I had to have removed, a pallet and a couple bags of foam. The truck had a check engine soon light but ran fine it seemed. I drive the truck like 10 miles and out $18 in gas in it so the gas tank wasn't exactly full. I know the person working there was doing the best they could and picking up at open creates opportunities for lots of distractions of various things going on. It felt like there was an issue with my reservation that I had done on the app. I wasn't able to get everything done that I needed to with the loss of time. I'll just go to the location on 6th Ave like I have in the past.
Mathew BWeb hours say the close at 3 so you can’t pick a time to pick up or drop off after 2:45. It’s an actual storage facility that’s helps U-Haul and they close at 6. The guy is really nice and told me they close at 6 so I got the U-Haul back a little later. They charged me for safe move and I know I would never purchase additional insurance since we were literally driving las than 20 miles total
