This location pick up was ok but it wasnt the originally scheduled pick up location that i was promised,it was out of my way and more miles for me to travel
SHERRY B.Evidently, there were a lot of problems with the U-Haul computer system, as it took 2 hours of giving my info, over and over to finally get to the point were we could set up the rental, and I could drive away with the trailer. I've never had this happen with any rental in all my years of renting cars, trucks, trailers, or tools. Something needs to be done to expedite your system. I don't believe it was the fault of the people I was dealing with, but with your system. Hopefully, this isn't a common occurrence. CHRIS A.As I did a night drop for the truck I was not happy to receive a text the following morning stating that my drop off location, confirmed at my pick-up location, wasn't an option. As I was already half way across the state this was one more unnecessary U-Haul aggravation. Then when arrangements were made to deal with the drop off error, the woman at the site wasn't at all happy, but said she would take care of it because it was in my contract.
