There was some large plastic sheets in the back of the truck when I pickled it up but overall it was clean and ready to go. Felt very safe driving it

The man was supposed to meet me. He didn't . Then I had to use a bigger truck because he didn't leave the key for the correct truck. He overcharged me. I was supposed to have the truck for 24 hours and only used it for 5 hours because I couldn't take it where I needed to go. So today I have to rent another U-Haul from a different dealer. And when I tried to contact him the phone said not accepting calls. Will not go back
