There was no one available and no direction was hard to know if all was done correctly and had to leave with hand truck in it and truck unlocked no direction very unsatisfied

Chester AThis is my second time renting with Uhaul and this experience outside of turning the vehicle in was just as bad as the first time. What should have been a 10 min process at the most took over an hour and two phone calls to uhaul because the lock boxes did not work. Very frustrating and exhausting.
