require higher standards for outside contractors , the whole pick up without a human is stupid it took me three trips to get my truck when initial reservation was to be picked up from human entity. The person who made reservation on phone said that I would get that and right after reservation was made it transferred to 24/7 pick up I will never rent a thing from uhaul again because of this

Did not have proper trailer wiring connection
Richard NNo one was present at this location and it was cluttered and messy with no location for parking outside of the space for truck drop off. This was not outside of normal business hours either. The key drop box was not clearly marked.
