When I made the reservation, I opted out of the safe move coverage, yet when I dropped it off, I was told I would get an email with the receipt and to my surprise there was a $15 safe move charge, even though I opted out of this.

CHARMELLE FThe location is awful. They told me that they don’t have the van that I reserved. I asked for anything else they said no all of those are all in the reserve so you just have to go to another location when I insisted they started looking for a key that they had lost. They finally found the key. Actually, I found the key and showed it to him, and the girl was very helpful but the guy was awful. Absolutely nasty Cussing out rude but the van was fantastic.
MICHAEL KThey gave me the wrong truck that was so old I was afraid I wouldn't make it to my destination. The tire had a big hole, it's a miracle it didn't pop during my trip. Such negligence shouldn't go unnoticed.
