While the lady was friendly she did not know the password to log into the U-Haul account. She had to call the owner and reset the password. The whole atmosphere of renting a U-Haul vehicle from this business seemed to bother them and they acted like it was bothersome to them.
Jerry GThe location was fine. The app was not user friendly. The U-Haul truck I originally order had a dead battery. The location had no one on call to help with issues. My overall experience with U-Haul was not pleasant.
Nona DYour program said they were charging my card on return but you charged me on pickup. At least it seemed that way. I’ll check for duplicate charges. The people on site were nice and it was a pleasant transaction. Thanks with zad auto and Uhaul.
