The van Iwas driving was an American van and I was not aware at the beginning of my journey that the mileage was in miles and not kilometers-I was justgetting used to driving the van and the speed limits were in large numbers in miles and the kilometers were in small difficult to see numbers. I think drivers should be alerted to the fact that the speedometer is in miles.

This is one of the better Uhaul agents I have come across - excellent facility, organized and very helpful.

Wrong address, wrong email, wrong phone number, wrong drop off location, wrong pick up time on contract. Good thing we didn't have to drop off after hours! Good trailer though. Towed nice.

A better drop-off option would be helpful--I dropped off the trailer when the attendant was away, and the mobile option to register a drop-off did not work--my location could not be verified.

Had to drive three hours to pick up trailer that was to be located 15 minutes from home. The trailer leaked water on to the contents, and the safety chains looked as if they had been dragging on the pavement. Overall not very satisfied with this experience.

the trailer had a low tire. as I had to put in air with my personal portable compressor, I noticed the trailer lights didn't work. The U haul reps told me it was a problem with "My TRUCK" and not the trailer. A red flag was raised so I dropped off the trailer at Fountain tire in Vanderhoof to get the tire looked at. (which I was told to pay for). As the trailer was lifted with a floor jack 2 lug nuts fell off. Yes fell off. The lug nuts holding the tires on the trailer were too large. All the lug nuts were stripped. I'm not sure how I even drove to the tire shop without having an incident. After paying for 12 new lugs and the tire fixed I rewired the the trailer lights. Ground wires were broken and the connections were all rotten. I AM NOT impressed!!! I was about to drive 1300 km through the rocky mountains with a piece of shit trailer which would have fallen apart and left me stranded in the middle of nowhere.
