Turned in the truck during business hours but door was locked and nobody there. Put key and contract in drop box. Later noticed on the app it never showed returned. Called u-haul and told them the truck was returned a day early. They said they would update it. This morning I wake up and this idiot at Vernon self storage has charge my credit card $77.00 for it being one day late. Eventhou the time he says is late is still within the original authorization time to return. I had returned it :4 hours before that. This is a fraudulent charge. This location should not be associated with u-haul. I will never use this Vernon location again.
