Good service. Very helpful nice guy working there gets the trailers and hooks them up. I tried to call before returning the trailer but the calls never went through. Tried numerous times. Otherwise, a decent experience.
EDITH EHours are not convenient and there is no place for after hours dropoff. They take the phoen off the hook so no change to speak to them. The addess listed is not where they want the trailer dropped. So, you have to pull in, go to the window only to be told to pull back out (not easy with a trailer) and drive down the road.
Joseph PThe truck was not cleaned before I arrived. The AC was not working. This location is very hard to get in and out of with equipment. It is nearby, however.
KENT TStaff was very helpful. However, the trailer had not been cleaned by the previous renter. It was minor, but if I'm required to return the equipment clean I should receive it in clean condition.
