I came to the window at the main I provided the lady with my contract. She said she didn’t need it and told me to bring the trailer about a block down the road into this dirt lot where the other trailers were located.. 24 hours later my trailer was still not logged into the system as dropped off. I had a feeling nothing was done so I called customer service and they took care of it for me. Thank you. Customer service.. I would not recommend Mike’s garage. Hopefully there’s another U-Haul locations in the area.

Little chaotic at this location but worked out for what we needed
Laura GStop charging payments twice. I was charged $250.00 for a $134.00 rental. Then you have to wait 3 to 5 days til the charges fall off which for people who to use debit cards could mean some serious problems. And just to be clear it's u-haul not the place where you rent.

Wesley WThe staff lied claiming I was being difficult to deal with, when the app was not working properly to check in. I had to call multiple times to customer service in order to be approved. And the staff refused to assist me accordingly
