I was charged for more mileage than I actually used. When I brought the issue to their attention, they repeatedly told me everything was correct and attempted to dismiss my concerns. I remained there to resolve the matter, but they did not provide a refund and instead said they would call me back

Only reason for a 3 star review was the checkout process was lengthy and ultimately couldn't be completed due to technical issues. Also, I reserved a furniture dolly which wasn't available at time of rental pickup.
Michael TThe equipment I ordered was not there. Then they were charging me for 2 other pieces of equipment I didn’t order. There’s no mention of WHERE the key box actually is in relation to the trucks. Had to ask a nearby store.
Isabelle PIt was not the location I Italy texted to me. Took 40 minutes to get checked in for the key. I had people waiting for me that I was paying and I was late. Under half a tank which was not enough to do my trip. Then I was told I would get a gift card sent to me for the extra gas I put in.
Michael HThis was hands down most disappointing U-Haul Experience. I originally booked at the 17th Street U-Haul location however a breakdown meant I wasn’t able to pick up there. An attendant from the 17th street location was awesome and transferred my reservation to the location on 74Ave & 50Street. The truck was dirty when I arrived, the cab was full of rocks, dirt, food crumbs, and empty pop bottles and cans. The attendant didn’t seem to understand that I’d completed my pick up and return in the app and it took extra time to get the keys. When I returned the U-Haul I couldn’t mark down that it was dirty without being charged $25. Honestly - I’m disappointed and frustrated. The 17th Street location has been my go-to because they’re awesome. I won’t be picking up from a non-UHaul location in the future.
