I originally ordered this product to be picked up in Stoney Creek (Barton Street & Nash), but was told it was not available there. I rented this product well in advance to avoid any issues. Little disappointed in change of venue for p ick up.

Only UHaul rental place I will deal with in the future. They explain everything and make you understand why it is important to take out the insurance. Very friendly and polite people .

Drop off location was ok, room to park and found the drop key box. Called to advise them about issues with the truck but was answering service. So I called where I rented it about issues and they said drop off location will take care of It? Other than that I am happy I made it to my destination.

I never requested insurance when I booked the truck but then somehow it was added when I went to pick up the truck. When I asked for the insurance to be removed, they told me it would be credited upon return. When I returned the truck I was told the insurance was removed from the bill. Then when I received the receipt via email I saw that sure enough the $15 charge for insurance was on the bill. Terrible customer service.

The fact is the attendant worked alone at the pick spot in Vineland, ON this was a long wait to be completed and than because his wifi was slow I didn’t get a hard copy. And nothing was really talk about and he was not aware of what was going on.

Pretty easy drop off. Its a convenience store so it was open late with staff who directed me where to park the trailer.

Everything was perfect!

Trailer was clean but left turn signal did not work. When we told the gentleman at this location, his comment was that he could not do anything about it other than cancel our order. That was not an option as we needed the trailer that day and there we no other trailers available thru-out the Niagara area, which is another issue in itself.

It would be better to have the vehicle available at the original location requested.

It was an odd pick up point. Not well branded as UHaul. The back of the truck of a wet, dirty mess. It had been swept out, but not wiped down. The truck said "oil change required" and I could feel it driving all the way back to Burlington...and for the rest of the day. I was worried it was going to crap out on me.
