This location wasn't the problem, the fact that my reservation was messed up was the problem. I paid twice due to the system not letting the guy go any further. Was charged for more mileage due to uhaul's mileage being calculated from pickup location to drop off location not pickup location to old home to new home to drop off location as it should have been. Worst experience to date with uhaul.

GLEN PColonial Rental is clearly a well kept and professional business, but they leave a little to be desired on the personal professionalism. The shop is arranged in such a way that there's no front desk, so I had to walk around and find someone to help me. Having said that, the staff is friendly and gave me no trouble when dropping off my U-Haul rental. I would recommend this place.
