Colonial Rental is clearly a well kept and professional business, but they leave a little to be desired on the personal professionalism. The shop is arranged in such a way that there's no front desk, so I had to walk around and find someone to help me. Having said that, the staff is friendly and gave me no trouble when dropping off my U-Haul rental. I would recommend this place.
