The trailer was available without needing to schedule ahead of time which was helpful as the need for one was unexpected and a last-minute deal. The Owner was very helpful and flexible regarding the return date as this was up in the air. Trailer was returned on a Sunday when the store was closed. Again, helpful as it avoided an extra unneeded day of rental. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI'm not sure how to rate the drop off location. There wasn't anybody around when we dropped off the truck and there was a faded sign in the window as to what to do with the keys. I'm sure they are good people and we understand small businesses have things come up and they have to improvise. Th truck drove great and was very clean and worked great!
