The truck I rented had a half a tank of gas in it when I rented it. The agent put a wide margin of highlighting on the graph. I brought the truck back with 3/4 of a tank. The agent went out said everything was good and I was set. I received my receipt and I was charged for gas. I am not going to fight it because I should have verified it when I was in the office. I assumed I would be told I was being charged for gas. So I view this as dishonesty and I will not use this location again. Also the truck had a bad odor but on a local rental not a big deal. I would have been upset if I had to drive to another state. But my bigger concern is they saw corporate card and figured I would not notice and charged me for it.

Not friendly. I was told one thing and when i came to the store it wad another thing. The manager wasnt friendly or nice. It was three words of why he couldnt do it and then left.

We rented a van to carry our additional items that wouldnâ€™t fit in the moving truck. Half way home we realized the gas tank was empty after being told it had a full tank. Also, the air conditioner didnâ€™t work with the weather in the upper 90s. Driving to Atlanta in this van was out of the question so we retuned to UHaul and they exchanged the van. There was absolutely no reason for the van to be correct in the first place!

The staff members on Watson Blvd are terrible. They do not want to assist you and act like you are a bother to them. I picked up a car hauler and the man was rude. When i backed up the truck to him, he was attaching it and didnt even let me know he was done. He just walked back inside. Worst customer service ever!

Truck with over 133,000 miles should have been put out of service a long time ago. ABS system went out, front brakes dragged & air conditioner went became inop while using.

Make sure that everybody in your store is familiar with the new U-Haul boxes because it was a very large problem at both stores that I went to because no one knew what they were doing

20 July 2019, there were two major discrepancies with my contract no. 2511713 which both resulted from at least two Uhaul employees' inattentiveness to me as a customer. Whereby, initially I returned said vehicle on time according to the contract on 20 July 2019 and while in the store the clerk was busy with another customer. I didn't want to wait so I placed the rental keys on the counter just beside her at 10:40 AM. Since my pickup vehicle was waiting outside, I proceeded to onward because on all my past vehicle returns all they would do is in check the vehicle and email my receipt. Well, upon reviewing the email the next day, I was charge for an additional days rental plus a coverage fee. I called the local facility to speak with its manager for at least 10 times and not one time was my calls answered or was I asked for hold. Thus, my second Uhaul customer care experience was with a customer service representative (Tiffany Swanner, E-Customer Service Agent). Tiffany assured me all was taken care as to the additional day's charges and to expect a refund within about 5 days. On 21 July 2019, I reviewed her refund receipt at my email and noticed that Tiffany had only credited me the one extra day rental charge without the coverage (credited). Next, I followed up with another phone call to Uhaul customer service and spoke with another rep (Jordan Lott, Customer Service Agent). Jordan's support for listening and following through with my issue finally helped me to resolve a long and well drawn out process which could have been prevented and resolved in a whole lot less time had the initial clerk to customer interaction had taken place in less than 5 seconds and the second with careful follow through. I hope this real scenario would help with current and future training at Uhaul. Thank you for allowing me to comment.

Reps at store were awesome. Newer staff member was in training and was great, very pleasant and helpful. Also, two days before allowed me to move the reservation to a day earlier, a huge help. Thanks for the new truck, was awesome! This was one of my biggest concerns traveling, keep the fleet new!!

The person that checked me in was very nice and helpful. The person that assist when I bought the truck back was rude to my wife he acted as though she was bothering him when she was asking questions.

The people were rude. They acted like they were doing you a favor by being there to take your money. The truck was ok except the front end felt like it had been worn out twenty years ago. If I ever rent a truck again it will probably be from somewhere else, even if it costs more.
