I think there should be a grace period for time returned. One hour late shouldn't mean the customer has to pay for the whole day. An hourly rate should apply.

I was overcharged, customer service said they couldn't figure out why I was overcharged and they would work on fixing it. When I called the location the man working was very short with me and said I would get my money back in five days. I felt the store was unprofessional, but customer service was very nice to me.

Do not schedule sunday returns before the store opens. I was confused as what to do in order to make payment and not to be charhed for an additional day.

Lady working at facility was rather unpleasant. She snapped at me before I was able to ask a question bc it was 6:58 not 7am. She didn't unlock ball all the way and claimed I bent it. I still want to know why I didn't get my $20 refund bc trailer was returned clean and same condition as I received it. She really needs custoner service training. Have entered store before seeking boxes and she behaved in similar manner. JOSH at ace hardware lithia springs was great and helpful! He needs a bonus or a raise.

Reserved a tow dollyfor my 2015 Chevy Trax per web site suggestion. Got to dealership with loaded truck and car ready to pick up and connect tow dolly. There was only one person working at the counter on a Saturday morning and it was busy. The car could not be loaded on the tow dolly as it would have ripped off the front spoiler. Had to change to a car trailer but had to go back in line and wait to arrange the exchange. The total tome that I was there to get the car loaded so that we could begin our 1600 mile venture was 3 hours. The guy out in the yard was excellent. I even have him a tip for his efforts. I had reserved the equipment a couple of weeks ahead and picked up the truck on Wednesday and told them I was getting the tow dolly on Saturday morning first thing.

Asked for a appliances dolly with a scrap and received a regular dolly went back to return and lady forgot to give me my work id back and never called and said oh you left it I called 2 different times and got another location cause they were not answering the phone I had to go to work unprepared and use my lunch break to go to the Watson location to get my ID I would not return to this location at all

I received a call telling me to drop the truck off at a location completely out of my way and when I got there they were closed. I am highly upset about that since the location that I ended up dropping the truck off at was 5 min away from me.
