Only charge for the time that you have the vehicle. I asked what would happen if I was unable to get the vehicle back in 24 hrs and was told that I would be charged for a second day. I said I would try to get back in time but if not I understood. I got the vehicle between 3:30 and 4. I returned it at 3:38 the next day. Didn’t talk to anyone because they were busy on the phone. Dropped keys in the box and left. They had to see the vehicle was back due to where I parked it and it was the only U-Haul vehicle on the lot. Still got charged for 2 days. Other than that, everything else was good
