Everyone was very friendly. The location was easy to find and the trailer was clean and well maintained. I can't think of anything they could do differently!

Mary H.I have had two experiences now with this location, very unprofessional. First time, truck wasn't clean. Second time, the truck was in terrible driving shape, back door was open and bed covered in snow, along with driver side seat.
James P.The automated return is a nightmare. I tried 7 times to take a picture of the trailer and it would not accept it. I finally left without being able to complete the after hours check in. Poor website for returning after hours.
Jeff O.I have rented a lot of trucks I've had the largest truck and the smallest and by far the 10 ft U-Haul truck I picked up was absolutely disgusting there was food and trash and something spilled inside of it and if they would have had another truck I would have declined the truck but they only had the one truck and a car dolly I was very disappointed!
