I had trouble logginig in on ine, the attendant did it for me, very helpful

The app does not work it reset 5 times when returning the truck. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone I asked to change my drop off location and was told it would cost $150 this is ridiculous and I rate U-Haul 0 stars
Extend time for reservation.My first one expired at last minute.Then I tried again as asked and ended up with 2 reservations.Hopefully the 1 pm time was cancelled as promised so I do not get 2 bills.Overall a good experience.

The truck barely had any breaks the windshield seem to have an oily substance on it and it was raining And if you hit a bump the truck seem to almost loss control
The guy that i returned the truck to was uncooperative and rude. when i took the truck, i was told that the tank was full. it wasn't. i got down the street about a 1/2 mile and noticed it was slightly above half, so i took out my phone and took a picture. i used the truck, took it back the next day, filled it up and showed the picture to the male attendant. He couldn't have cared less, in fact his comment was i don't know when that picture was taken. when i asked how many miles did i put on the truck, he stated he didn't know and i should have come back right away. ASS!!! as it turned out, i put in $40+ dollars of gas to go 11 miles. Great customer service by this guy. Not looking for anything, but this is why people don't like renting from service stations. They have no customer service skill at all.
The cashier was nice and helpful, but it was obvious the software she was using was bad and the partnership between Sunoco and Uhaul was not as seamless as it should have been. The convenience of a dropoff location at a gas station is great.
The guy who served me wasn't the most happy person , kind of made you feel that it was a chore to him having to hire out the truck . Did not do a walk around with me , so I took my own pictures of the damage to the truck before I left . Got an email after payment Which was very efficient. Truck drove well with no issues.

He did great. We walked the truck, assessed that there was no damage, checked all possible damages, concluded none, and moved on. Quick and easy. Personnel was super friendly.
Location was my worsted experience with renting from your company. I arrived at 8:15am and didn't get my rental til 9:20am or later. Then I was charged on my credit/ debit card when I was told it didn't go through,used a second card only to learn both cards were charged. Upon return they gave me a hard time about turning on the pumps to refuel the truck. Told them I had cash and was not using my credit card for the fuel but still would not put pumps on without me giving cash upfront. Totally understandable if I had to pay first when fueling my own vehicle but not when fueling their rental that was going directly from their pumps to a parking spot in their lot.Totally unprofessional and I would never recommend or use this location again. From start to finished it was a horrible experience that set me back time and the use of my credit/ debit card when I embarrassingly discovered that I couldn't use it to pay for items I was purchasing.

Awful experience with a rude guy dropping it off. I got hung up on by Customer service when trying to adjust the reservation. Jerks at every point
Verify mileage with your customers. This location said nothing to me about verifying the mileage on the truck. I assumed we would do this together, and when we did not I thought everything was fine. I got one email that said something about pictures of the truck when I was driving glanced at it and didn't think anything of mileage. I went on trust believing everything was fine and that is my fault. I returned the truck and was told their record showed it started with 100 miles less than what it had when I started. I took a 50 mile round trip and I was charged for 150 miles. Tell your customers about the email they will receive and what to do with it instead of saying â€œyou're all setâ€ and nothing more. Better instructions on what to do and how to avoid this. Mileage should be double checked with customer before being told they're all set. Also, when I attempted to return the vehicle the previous night, I called and specifically asked about after hours drop off. I wanted to ensure they had it before I made the 25 mile trip back. The person I spoke with told me they did not have after hours drop off so I did not make the trip. Upon returning the vehicle in the morning I was told â€œthat's because he doesn't like to do Uhaul returns.â€ I understand this will most likely go no where, but I hope this location makes some changes to better serve it's customers. I will never rent at this location again.

Convenient location, but disorganized. The key was not in the lock box and the moving pads and dolly I purchased were not in the truck so the pickup took longer than it needed to.
