The place was fine it was the process of picking up the equipment because usuals computers and apps were not efficient took over an hour And our trailer was obviously not inspected as tire delaminated and then root cause was found that bolt missin on axle on that side and bearings were bad. This happened at 9 and we were not on our way again until 2 br abuse no one was communicating because of how hard it is with the uhual system it seems like. The in person people we worked with seemed to not ge info from uhual Please inspect your trailers We made it way late luckily we left some buffer time

Advertise that they are a uhaul dealer @ 603 Deisels and that they have trailers there(unlike the other Hillsborough location at Aubuchon hardware). You only list one Hillsborough location so we had to go all the way to Concord (45 minutes) to get one when we could have gone 10 minutes from home if we had known.
