Hi….im not moving any self storage. I went to the local store to rent a simple U-haul to move my bed. The guy there does know enough about it and did it wrong. So , kingly decline it and send me back my money coz and pending was made from my account about it. Thanks

Mouslimanth A | ReservationEverything went very well. The agent at the office there was very nice, and processed my reservation quickly and without any problems. Drop off was a little confusing because I went on line to return the truck, and at the end of the process, it asked me to pay but I had already paid for the truck and storage reservations when I went into the office to pick up the truck. If my payment information should of been made mention of in the on line app., It would of made it less confusing. Otherwise things were good and I really appreciate Jodi's positive & likeable customer service assistance.
