The customer service at Owatanna self storage was great and I highly recommend them!! The issue is U-Haul itself. I was supposed to pick up my trailer at a location 15 minutes from my house and then less than 24 hours they told me I had to drive 75 minutes (each way) because that was the only option to get a trailer. U-Haul is notorious for doing this and they are not the most trustworthy company.

Mitchell MI'd normally leave a better review but the representative said I was unable to extend the rental and would need to bring it back before I moved into my new house (we were homeless for 6 hours), this added extra stress to the move but then we found we could extend the rental using the uhaul app. We did that and it made everything perfect.
