Joseph Fthere was no on site person. I had issues scanning licensee & then app stopped working after that. I called number on app to get help. The person I spoke to was very helpful. I went to the lock box (per app) to get the key & there was no key in box. Thankfully the person I was speaking to stayed on line & help me get a code to the correct box. I had changed my time to 9 because my help had other obligations later that morning. It took about 45 minutes to get the truck so some of my help had to leave before we were finished. Very frustrating. I have always had good service at this location in the past. I would not recommend this location when the office is closed.
