Received truck with a quarter tank of fuel, showing distance 127 miles, returned truck with quarter tank showing distance 128 miles, but still got charged for gas. Disappointed, when I picked it up I was told to return with equal or greater amount.

eric sVery friendly people, they came through even when Penske didn’t I had originally had reserved one through Penske but they said it was $139 then when I went to pick it up they wanted almost $300 so I jus walked out and called u-haul. You all have earned my business from here on I will only deal with u-haul. Thank you guys so much for everything. And one last thing your prices are 1000 times better than Penske by a long shot.
