Kevin YIn my 20 years of renting U-Hauls from all over, in many states, I can honestly state that this was the WORST place I have ever been to for a U-Haul. The person behind the counter refused to check on the equipment, would not even verify the equipment number - (told me to do it), never looked at the equipment, did not know what a trailer hitch was when we asked if she had any for sale, did not ever leave from behind the counter, was insolent and almost rude. She also did NOT know how to fill out the electronic pad or paperwork, and stumbled through it. She kept trying to get me to return the trailer to a place that was 50 miles out of my because her pad said they had UNLOADING SERVICES. I told her repeatedly I DO NOT NEED UNLOADING SERVICES - I am only dropping off the empty trailer. Not only would I NEVER recommend this place I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU CANCEL THEIR ABILITY TO RENT FOR UHAUL.
