Did not have someone to help spot parking as nobody to help park and unhook the trailer. Only direction was a point to park it over there.
Bradford RThe lady was very rude. We put gas in the vehicle at their location before turning in the keys. We showed her a picture of the tank at slightly over ¼ tank and she put less than that on our paperwork and charged a $30 service fee. Even after we explained that it was over the ¼ mark, she refused to refund our card. We called the customer service number and they refunded immediately. This is the second time that this facility has falsified our return for extra money. We will never use their location again!
