We reserved a truck from our town. Then when we went to pick it up it wasn't there. The man at the first location at Locksley Lane Auburn Ca was rude and not helpful. I called the main uhaul 800 number, they hung up on me 3 different times. I was trying to be understanding but it was ridiculous. I had to call other locations on my own because the main 800 uhaul rep could not do that. The people we eventually rented the truck from were awesome and helpful. I highly recommend uhaul in Weimar CA But after this experience, especially with the people I dealt with at the main uhaul number, I would never recommend uhaul to anyone,in fact I'd tell them to use anyone else.

Ramon A.It's not so much this location. It's the fact that my wife and I had to drive to three locations that ended up well over 100 miles just to pick up the uhaul. Not one person was able to do anything. What a complete waste of time.
Edward J.When we picked up the trailer we realized the cable wires were cut really short so we had to go out of our way to purchase an adapter. UHaul reimbursed us for purchasing said adapter and we thank you very much for that. Great customer service!!
