The people here are friendly and helpful. If you're a dog person, they have three beautiful dogs that love attention as well. I'd definitely come here again if I need to rent a truck again.

Shawn HI had to drive 40 minutes to get this truck even though I reserved it nearly 2 weeks prior. I had no cell service out there in WV, so had to get on Wi-Fi at the location to check in. Long line of customers for the tire/auto center to wait through when the online check in stopped working. I did NOT select insurance, but it was added anyway. When I questioned it, I was told it's only $16/day but I'm being charge for 2 days when I only need the truck for 1 day. Was told I might be able to get one day refunded, but that was not true. Also could not do any photos outside the location of the truck because NO cell service so far away.
