Daniel PGentlemen behind the counter seemed annoyed that I was renting vehicle. He did not speak much but expected answers when he finally said something. He should not be representing U-Haul. I usually go to the Welland Ave location and they are amazing and always polite, not short and annoyed. I will never use again.
