When you arrive, trucks should be ready to drive off. Instead, I had to move another truck out of the way to be able to access the truck I rented. I don’t work for U-Haul, customers don’t have to do that. Furthermore, the truck was filthy with garbage left inside. Finally, the driver door was barely closing prompting a light on the dashboard to appear, as well as other maintenance orange light .
Loic MRental then return transaction went a little too quickly for my comfort level, salepersons were courteous and efficient, I was simply nervous that we needed to review more paperwork.

JM CDon’t go here u hauls a cash grab offering for 19.95 then they don’t give you paper work or max kms till your charged $1/km I won’t use these service again and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. Change the prices stop being sketchy and not providing proper paper work and fees up front with no hidden charges.
