JOANN SThis is the second time that I have used this location and I can promise you that there won't be a third. Horrible customer service. I went in to inquire about how much gas to put back in the tank. I showed the woman the before and after photo of the gas gauge and she advised me to pump $20 In and then to get in the truck and see how much more I needed to pump. Well, as per her instructions, I did just that and it turns out that it went way past what I had used. I went in and explained it to her and she refused to reimburse me for the gas overcharge. I pointed out the fact that I did exactly what she said so why should I now be stuck paying the overage and she just copped an attitude and said it was my own fault, not hers..?! Here is an idea! How about you do what other companies do and have your truck loaded with a FULL tank before they are rented out. That way there Is no guess work as all the customer would then have to do is top the tank back up to full. It's not rocket science. I honestly think they do it this way on purpose knowing full well the outcome. They are ripping people off. Horrible customer service.
Amanda LThe truck roof leaked.there was heavy rain that day. Enough rain entered the truck to ruin the TV. The operator was informed of leak but no corrective action taken.
