Sara W1st, The guy who runs the place has zero customer service skills. 2nd , you guys changed my pickup location from right behind my house to a few km away. When I asked why, they said they don't transfer vehicles between locations. You guys specialize 1 way rentals.....this was done to gouge a few extra bucks from me and no doubt it's a common practice. Not that you'll care of do anything about it.
