The pick-up process using your phone (my only option at the time) is extensive. The lock that kept the key was completely iced over and we spend 30 minutes chipping away at it and rubbing the letters in order for us to put the code in. After all that, the keys were put in wrong and we had to find something to push the key back to get the door open.
