The location was convenient to where I live. The staff were great. Access to the lot was a little tricky. If you were not experienced with a trailer it could be a little tricky.

Justin RThe whole process was frustrating. I had a van reserved at a location close to my home. While driving there, I received a phone call stating the van had not yet be returned and the location for pick up had been changed. It was across town, which added an additional 16 miles because I had to go back and forth four times due to the moving I was doing. To be charged for the extra mileage is unreasonable when the circumstances had nothing to do with me. I don't understand why a location closer to my home wasn't offered, even if it meant using a different vehicle. M1 was great though, I have no complaints with them.
