RICHARD GA reservation is a guarantee to the customer that the vehicle/trailer will be at the agreed location at the date and time reserved. I called U haul 8/25/26 and spoke with Stephanie who I believe was at the Nanuet, NY store. Reservation #80456471who promised the trailer would be at Nanuet at the date and time I requested However, that was not the case. I called Uhaul customer service spoke to Nick who identified himself as a supervisor. Nick promised 2 days free rental for my inconvenience. When I returned the trailer I was only given 1 day free rental. This is not acceptable. Furthermore, virtually everyone I dealt with at the Nanuet, NY branch was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. This is not the first time I've experienced poor customer service at the Nanuet, NY facility. I run 2 businesses and my average customer is with us over 30 years. Because we provide the best in customer service If these were my employees, I would fire them on the spot!
