There was a furniture dolly/cart that I had ordered, but this location did not have on hand at the time of the rental pickup. It was a small convenience store so did not really have space for any of the add on supplies. The sales clerk was very nice and adjusted the order accordingly. The truck was clean enough and drove well so was pleased with the vehicle and its performance. The drop off location address was not correct nor was it close to my actual unloading collection, but was very pleased that the call center was able to find a location 5 minutes away and made that location the drop off/return location for my rental. Also the truck was very comfortable to drive, the seats were also very comfortable and did not have any fatigue from sitting in the cab for the duration of the trip.

Tried to ask the clerk for the total amount for mileage and gas clerk started yelling when I tried showing him the U-Haul app to ask a question he refuse to cash me out and told me to move out the way so he could take another customer I called U-Haul and they heard him yelling and screaming at me
MEOSCHIA MThe guy was a complete train wreck. Couldn't find anything about the reservation for me or the two people behind me. His English was very poor, and didn't seem to care that I was frustrated. All in all, it took just over an hour to complete the pickup that I had already completed online and received the confirmations for. In addition, the truck was supposedly on 1/8 of a tank, but was on empty. It was a 26' truck and super awkward to get out of his tiny parking lot and into a direction to get to a gas station quickly, so I had to go left and a long way around which added several miles to my mileage for the rental because the truck was out of fuel. My contract said it was supposed to be at 1/4 tank and gave me a $19.50 credit. With the price of gas alone, that was short $10-15, but the inconvenience was beyond the actual cost.
