I was charged (without consent) for 5 days beyond my contract, EVEN THOUGH I RETURNED THE TRAILER A DAY EARLY on Sunday 22nd.. Granted, I met no-one, because it was Sunday evening, the night before a blizzard. However, that’s why II returned the equipment a day early, planning for the storm. I took photos to time-stamp the return and specific location of the trailer. I called the location and let them know exactly where they could find it (right next to their only van, and directly in front of their door. I gave them the contract number, and my phone number,, and asked them to call me if they had any questions. Nobody called. I assumed all was well. Friday the 27th, I received a receipt for a charge I was not notified of, and did not approve. The charge was for 5 days beyond the contract, plus some silly other fees. $140 unauthorized, and unjustified. And when I called about this, there was no answer, and still no callback. Maybe they’ll read this and call me?
