KEVIN HExpect The Storage Connection to over charge where they can. Returned the vehicle in the same state as I received it- was charged for a cleaning fee. “Tons of leaves in the back” was Joy’s excuse to make this charge. There were minimal leaves that were in the vehicle to begin with. Find another U-Haul location, this company is not reputable. Joy, you should be embarrassed by your lack of customer service skills, and gauging of customers.

SHARON WThe truck was a in need of much repairs, including safety issues like the brakes, a very bad exhaust leak and 6-8" of playin the steering wheel.
