Yes, equipment it was clean and truck ran good. Probably was dealing with the reservation and the changes. This was not in particular to the Westfield office. I made a reservation for 15 foot truck with my Springfield and when I called to check and was told they had a 10 foot truck for me. I thought I was able to get a 15 foot out of Westfield office and was set to return it to Pocasset MA. After I pick up the truck I receive the text as we dropping it off at Wareham which was much further out-of-the-way. I had to call back again and change it to the Pocasset. This was annoyed because in all I had two or three extra calls which were no less than 10 to 20 minutes to straighten out errors I didn't implement. U-Haul need to do a better job with reservations etc.

Terrible long wait times at the store and miscommunication happened way too easily. There should not be an online reserve option of you are not garunteed the truck. So much time waisted figuring out what was going on because no one answered phones or only 1 employee was working. That said the employees were very friendly.

The location I made the reservation at doesn't take one way rentals. But, they didn't tell me that until after they transferred me to a location 20 miles away. Not convenient at all.

My only problem was I originally wanted to rent a smaller truck. but I was told that I needed a credit card for it,but I don't have one. I had to settle for the 10 foot truck with My bank debit card.

Used this location before and office person was fine. My experience Sunday morning was very poor. First, I needed to save time and I purposely made the reservation online as the sales rep Joe I dealt with Friday had multiple problems making my reservation over the phone. Thought it best to just do it myself online. Joe stated office will be open Sunday at 8:30. I came in at 8:30 and door was locked. I knocked as it appeared someone was inside. After waiting 15 minutes I left and came back at 9:15. Office was open and 2 people were ahead of me. This caused another wait od 30 minutes before I was serviced. The rep didn't come outside, just gave me a key for the pickup truck. Told me to pull cardboard off the windshield and place behind seat myself. I stated to him prior I needed a trailer hitch on the pickup. He said one was on it. One was not on it and when I came back into the office again, he told me to walk around and take from another truck. Extremely poor service. I did do it myself. When I brought it back after using, I came inside to see him once again. Expected him to come out and look at it to be sure of the condition of the truck (it was fine and as is when I took it). He didn't come out, just said leave key in it and free to leave since I made reservation online.

Waited in line 1/2 an hour with a prepaid reservation, there were 2 people out front, and only one seemed to be the only one working. The other never acknowledged anyone or tried to help anyone. When it was out turn we were helped quickly and got exactly what I needed without any problems, the guy knew his stuff. But it was frustrating watching somebody sit at the desk and never acknowledge the line or make an effort to alleviate it.

The furniture pads were dirty. When we opened the packets the pads were covered with dry, dead leaves. The Uhaul associate said he wouldn't charge for the use of the pads but I note I was charged $5.00. I know it isn't much but it's the principle.

I reserved a truck, upon arrival I was informed that the previous renter didn’t return the truck. No courtesy call To let me know it wasnt available. I was offered the next size down for $19.95 And told I can have it for two days and only pay half the price. for mileage. That wasn’t how I was charged. I had to make three trips I only use the truck for one day.
