Excellent customer service. I arrived to dro the tow trailer before opening and an employee arriving early helped me and had me on my way before official opening time. Returning the tuck was quick, easy, and the rep friendly and knowledgeable. Great sevice



Rented a beautiful pick up to tow a trailer. Transaction was smooth and effortless. Price was reasonable , service was quick and the staff was courteous. I would recommend them for rental equipment.



Rented trailer for local movement. Trailer has 2 axle and 4 tires. After trailer was loaded I noticed left rear tire was very low so I added Air and checked other tires pressures. All tires pressures were low according to tired pressure on side of tires. I didn't call roadside assistance cause time was limited and around town move 35-40 mph. When I went to return trailer I realized it had a couple nails in it. I tried to explain this when I returned it and general manager told me I will pay for this,new tire. He didn't ask if I had insurance but once he did he said I could have killed someone. When my wife asked him a question he snapped back at her. He,Gregory Bonneau is inexperienced and unprofessional. I won't rent from this location again. Next time I'll try different rental company.

The App was a pain in the neck. I had to pick up after hours and was having trouble with a signal. After calling several times I was told by all employees they could not help me with lock box numbers etc, it all had to be done on line. When I finally was able to get a signal to find out where my keys were, all the lock boxes were not locked!all truck keys were wide open for the taking. There were 2 keys in my box. One did not gp to my truck. When I told them in the morning they just said "yeah it was a busy weekend" Nothing replaces human customer service. the app is flawed.

Very poor communication between different locations and to renters. Will not be a returning customer. Manager at location was by far the most arrogant and rude person I've come across in a while.



The auto transport I rented was not in proper wiring order. The guy hooked the trailer up, checked the lights and sent men on the way. We realised when we reached out destination the the right lights were not working, and the straps to hold the car in place were broken. We had to use our straps and rig it to work. Mentioned it upon return and kid says ohh ok.

We rented an appliance dolly and we couldn't use it because it was defective. The equipment should be checked better before being sent out.

The auto transport I rented had lights out, a broken fender and I worn wheel strap. I personally replace the strap. A new strap was provided to me and the tools to replace it, but I did the work. If I were a mechanic I would have charged you more for the work I did then the cost of the transport. All of this should have been checked and fixed before I was allowed to leave.

when I reserved my storage unit, I dealt with Jasmine ....she was wonderful. When I went to unload and return my truck rental, I mistakenly filled the fuel. I spoke to one guy who was very rude and laughed at me saying the fuel was was explained by dispatch when I rented the truck. This guy just laughed and walked away...../I turned and saw another guy, who later identified himself as the manager, and I said to him...I think I just got fu**** by U-Haul. I then told him, that clown just laughed at me and walked away after I explained to him I filled the fuel in the truck by accident and asked if I could get a refund on the fuel. This so called manager then told me the fuel was explained when I picked up the truck and further said the other guy is not a clown and there is nothing he could do. I then said I think I got screwed for the gas. His reply was ... If you want to, you can siphon it out. I then said I'll give you when I get a credit for the gas. This manager then started to get pretty huffy and told me I better back off.....I told him he don't know who he is talking to and he better not threaten me again. He then sat in the truck and smiled.....I told him I did not think this was funny and I was not trying to give anyone a hard time, I just wanted what was due to me... I explained I started with a quarter tank and now it was full and I further told him he should not treat his customers like he does. I am a 65 year old man and not a trouble children are much older than this manager and if I were healthier, I would have taught him a lesson. All in all, the final result was this manager giving me a credit for the extra fuel I put in the truck. This manager told me if I had approached him with a different attitude, he could have helped me. I told him I didn't even know he was a worker there and just blurted out that I think I just got fu**** by U-Haul. Basically, the situation was rectified and I thanked this manager for the credit he gave me for the excess fuel. I again told him I was not trying to be difficult and shook his hand. I do believe I should not have been talked to or treated as I was by a worker at U-Haul ....especially a manager.
