I shouldn't have been locked out of the system even if I picked up the truck 30 minutes later. Especially when the location was moved to somewhere farther than the original pick up location.

RICHARD R.THIS DROP OFF LOCATION ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE!!!! LOOKS LIKE A DESERTED JUNKYARD. NOT TO MENTION A COMPLETE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AFTER ARRIVING THERE I HAD TO CALL AND SEARCH FOR ANYONE THERE!!!! THEN THE WORST PART SOME EXTREMELY STUPID EMPLOYEE THAT WAS PULL ING OUT OF THE BUSINESS AND SAW ME WALKING AROUNG AN PARKED THERE...….LOCKED ME IN THE PARKING LOT!!!!! YES LOCK ME IN!!!!! MY HUSBAND WITH THE UHAUL RETURN HAS ARRIVED BY THEN JUST MINUTES LATER AND WAS LOCKED OUTSIDE THE GATE!!!!!! COME TO FIND OUT THIS PLACE CLOSES EARLY ON SATURDAYS (NO ONE OBVIOUSLY TOLD US) WAS ON THE PHONE WITH UHAUL DURING THIS WHOLE ISSUE FOR A LONG TIME!!! MY HUSBAND ACTUALLY CALLED THE POLICE. THE BUSINESS OWNER DID EVENTUALLY SHOW UP. VERY VERY POOR BAD EXPERIENCE AFTER OTHER U HAUL ISSUSE BEFORE THAT! PLEASE REMOVE THAT DROP OFF DESTINATION FROM YOUR LIST!!!!!
